A safety conscious work environment is an important component of an organization that learns and grows from its experiences.

Culture Change
Individuals’ beliefs and perceptions shape their values and goals. These values and goals influence the processes and procedures that organizations develop. These processes and procedures can be explicit and formal. They also can be tacit and informal. The myriad of individuals and processes form the complex structure of culture that defines the organization’s personality.
